Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items
